Low market cap meme coins: how to judge one before you buy
A low market cap meme coin has a small total value, often under $1 million, so a little buying moves its price a lot, in both directions. Growth potential is not a number you can look up. What you can check is market cap against fully diluted value, the size of the trading pool, and who can sell when.
Market cap, FDV and liquidity in plain numbers
- Market cap: the price times the coins that can trade today.
- Fully diluted value (FDV): the price times every coin that will ever exist, locked ones included. A big gap between market cap and FDV means many coins still have to unlock.
- Liquidity: the money in the trading pool. It sets how much you can buy or sell before the price moves against you. A pool worth a few percent of the FDV moves hard on small trades.
- Volume: how much trades per day. The biggest Robinhood Chain tokens trade 2% to 13% of their market cap per day (DEX data, 26 October 2026).
Why low cap cuts both ways
A small market cap leaves room to grow, and the same small pool lets a few sellers drop the price. On the PONS launchpad on Robinhood Chain, 271 coins graduated to a DEX pool; 11 of them later reached a $1M market cap (4%), and the median graduate sat around $34,000 (PONS catalogue, 28 September 2026). Most low cap coins stay low.

PENGUINA's launch numbers
These numbers show how PENGUINA is built. They do not predict its price.
- Launch price $0.00025, after a presale at $0.000125.
- Supply after the launch burn: at most 455M of 1 billion, so the FDV at the launch price is $113,750.

- Holders receive 1% of every buy and 3% of every sell, paid in USDG.
Frequently asked questions
Which low market cap meme coin has the most growth potential?
Nobody can tell you that honestly: low cap coins move on attention, and most fade. Compare how they are built instead: FDV, pool size, locks and how the supply is spread. PENGUINA is our own coin; its launch numbers are on this page.
What counts as a low market cap for a meme coin?
There is no fixed line. Lists often use under $10 million, and new launches start far lower: PENGUINA's FDV at its $0.00025 launch price is $113,750.
Is a low market cap meme coin a good buy?
It is a high-risk bet with no earnings behind it, and the price can go to zero. Only use money you can afford to lose.
